Lloyd Hughes is one of the founders of Totus Finance. He possesses an extensive experience in the field of accountancy and has worked with a range of SMEs and large organizations within the industry. As a Certified Chartered Accountant by the Association for Certified Chartered Accountants (2016) and an Accounting Technician certified by the Association of Accounting Technicians (2010), he has helped organizations run efficiently for over a decade.

Upon devoting time in the industry in senior roles for larger businesses, he co-founded an accountancy practice focusing on micro-businesses in 2018, which later grew significantly, thus increasing the demand for expanding its staff. As a result of the encountered challenges related to meeting the high demands for employees in the UK, the business began exploring the option of outsourcing and started working with remote staff from different locations. This allowed for further scaling of the business, while remaining competitive on fees and contributed towards an improvement of productivity and overall efficiency.

Following the successful experiences with outsourced staff in his own business and his thorough knowledge of the available outsourcing approaches and methods, he founded Totus Finance to step up and assist other accountancy practices with staffing solutions and valuable skills sets.
